We assist artists and designers in developing innovative digital wallpaper and textile collections and custom projects.
This is a career opportunity to contribute to our rapidly expanding business.
This position will start in Bantam, however we are scheduled to move to a new location in Naugatuck, late Fall 2023.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers & carriers - answering questions and problem solving Use twenty2 programs to process orders and generate shipping labels Check packing slips and order information for accuracy Pack wallpaper and textile orders to high company standards Help ensure that all orders ship on time or ahead of schedule Unload and unpack received goods, accurately count and enter data in computer system Check packing slips for accuracy Monitoring and restocking textile and wallpaper supplies Operate a driving and a walk behind forklift Use small equipment such as ladders and pallet jacks Factory Inventory Monthly tracking and restocking items as needed Small tasks around factory such as:
taking out trash and recycling as needed or filter replacement Maintain an organized and clean work space Back up other departments as needed, such as:
shipping - packing orders and textiles splitting Other related tasks as assigned by Lead
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Keen attention to detail Hands on work style and experience Possess a positive attitude and can do personality Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to utilize ladders and other small equipment Ability to learn and utilize proprietary computer software Strong organizational and prioritization skills Resourcefulness and creative problem solving Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dedicated to the team and committed to our customers Protect the privacy of our customers and our business Stay until the job is done Always learning Studies have shown that marginalized communities, such as women, LGBTQIA
