Key Result Areas Vendor Management Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
Tracking & uploading Vendor Due Diligence Documents Preparing vendor credit reviews Quarterly reporting on watch list vendors Quarterly monitoring vendor complaints Quarterly evaluating new vendors against AP vendor list Quarterly verification of Insider Loans to GreenSky, DRB and BCI loan documents Evaluating Service Organization Controls (SOC) Reports Preparing User Entity Control Memos Assisting in pulling documents from shared sources Tracking operational, reputational, compliance, liquidity, credit risk for High/Moderate risk vendors Compliance Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures, State and Federal laws and regulations Responsible for compliance regulations related to this position and receiving appropriate training including but not limited to:
Annually Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) USA Patriot Act All other applicable compliance regulations are identified by subject matter experts and are listed in the master compliance training spreadsheet Other Functions Assist Risk/Compliance department with all other assigned projects and tasks Participate in banking and civic organizations to promote the Bank's image and visibility within the community ensure activities within assigned functional area of responsibility are in compliance with State and Federal regulations perform other duties as requested The above is a description of the ordinary duties of the position.
It should be expected that from time-to-time other duties, both related and unrelated to the above, may be assigned and, therefore, required.
Equipment and SoftwareAbility to operate personal computer, fax machine, photocopier, telephone, various printers, currently used Bank hardware and software (including Excel and Word) and vendor risk management software.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
