) COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXERIENCE AND SKILLS Qualifications/Requirements:
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems to diagnose and repair faulty equipment, parts, and systems Ability to make corrections and adjustments as needed Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment including routine cleaning, minor repairs, and inspections.
Inspect and test machinery to ensure proper function according to specifications Record and document all work keeping accurate maintenance and repair logs Able to schedule planned down time with production supervision Pay attention to detail from start to finish
Experience:
Experience in DC / AC repair and troubleshooting, reading of machine prints - electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, industrial communication, HMI Experienced in electrical and mechanical machine repair (plastic blow molding/injection molding is helpful) Experience with process machinery, heating, cooling, gas metering, vacuum, valves and electronic controls Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Type:
