We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Permanent Quality Manager in the Engineering industry.
As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout our organization.
This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system in compliance with ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.
Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives and monitor their achievement.
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Manage the non-conformance process, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, keeping abreast of any changes and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.
Coordinate and participate in external audits, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors.
Conduct training sessions to educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role within the engineering industry.
Strong knowledge and experience with ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.
Proven ability to develop and implement quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in conducting audits and managing external audits is highly desirable.
Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
