Monitor and report on the portfolio of loan balances, draw availability, and other pertinent loan details.
Prepare consolidated reports for all entities and funds.
Provide crucial support for the completion of annual audits and tax returns.
Collaborate in the development and documentation of processes and controls.
Play a pivotal role in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Conduct financial analysis and internal reporting.
Prepare proformas to facilitate decision-making and contribute to special projects.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reporting.
Interact and offer support to other business areas such as Asset Management, Property Management, etc.
