Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and related entries.
Accounts Payable/ReceivableEntering bills into the accounting systemRecording payments and managing accounts receivable/payableCompiling and organizing financial reportsReconcile bank depository accounts and oversee a third party reconcile checking account, on a monthly basisReconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basisImport or enter cash receiptsProvide outstanding customer service and maintain office files.
Assisting with payroll processes, including collecting forms from approximately 10 individuals.
Answering phones and addressing inquiries.
Ordering office supplies to maintain efficient operations.
