Your tasks and responsibilities

Job Summary: BizManager B2B Integration Analyst:
- Provide leadership, training and technical expertise to B2B team members, in the analysis, design, development, coding, testing and implementation of B2B solutions using BizLink with Transformation (version 4).
- Provide technical expertise for creation of maps using BizManager Mapper with knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, Flatfiles (any to any transformation).
- Provide technical expertise for set up of standard communication protocols and configuration of Services, Transports and Integration Agents.
- Provide expertise with configuration of Parties, Transformation Profiles and Processing Rules.
- Work with system architect to enable component system monitoring (BizLink, SecureLink, Database, File System) and alerting using BizLink and/or Centreon.
- Work with system architect to define user roles, permissions and access privileges.
- Where necessary build custom processes using unix or javascript.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide training and technical expertise to team members for the development and testing of Trading Partner Implementations using Mapper 4.0. Practical experience with importing and exporting Maps and BDDs, map and cardinality links, formulas and calculations required.
- Demonstrate practical experience with communication setup, including creating and managing certificates (AS2 / HTTPS) and authentication using keys.
- Work with Business to understand partner integration requirements, project definition and anticipated timetable.
- Work with Business to understand and develop customer reports (eg. 997 reconciliation and delinquency), document tracking and business alerts.
- Provide guidance and development processes using deployment tools, for implementation of new production maps and change requests, with little or no service disruption.
- Generate documentation and operational procedures using department standards.
- On a daily basis monitor Operations and resolve /reprocess any that have failed.
- Review tickets, analyze and resolve production problems, both translation and communication related.
- Determine level of severity and escalate problem to next level in a timely manner.
- Communicate status to internal project owner and team members.
- Communicate and resolve issues with external customers in a professional and timely manner.

Your skills and experience

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science or related discipline.
Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge in:
- Implementing B2B solutions using OpenText technologies.
- Building scalable, design solutions for high volume transactional messaging.
- Standard communication protocols - VAN, AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, JMS, WebServices, etc
- BizManager Mapper using different message formats.
- Database concepts to support the creation of business related KPI's, reports and business monitoring.
Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
- Individual must have excellent communications and analytical skills.
- Must have a thorough understanding of B2B principles and business systems.
- Freight Forwarding and/or Warehousing industry knowledge a plus.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Solid relationship management and performance management skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
