Do you want a full time, direct hire position with a company that has been in business for over 70 years? Our client in Naugatuck has an immediate opening to join their machine shop. This is a full-time 1st shift position that offers a competitive salary, medical/dental benefits, 401k as well as long/short term disability. Setting Up and Operating CNC Mills and Lathes

Inspections to ensure customer and quality standards

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM


Ability to use all measuring devices including micrometers, calipers, and gauges

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Ability to work in an independent setting

Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed


No Degree Required




At least 3 years of experience setting up, operating, and performing adjustments on CNC Mills and Lathes

Experience with Hurco machines is a huge plus!

This is an immediate opening and our team is available to interview during and outside open hours. Pay rates beginning at $20+/hr depending on experience.
